At Oak Sofa Land, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a no-hassle 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
We encourage all customers to double-check measurements, room space, and colour schemes before placing an order. We also provide free customer photos on request to help you make an informed decision.
14-Day Return Policy
If you decide the item isn’t right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in a fully re-saleable condition, including being in their original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging (or equivalent).
To begin a return, please email our customer service team. We’ll provide instructions for return or arrange a collection. Once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund (minus collection charges, if applicable).
Returns & Collection Costs

If the item is faulty or there has been an error on our part, we will cover the full return cost.

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return the item to our warehouse free of charge — but this must be pre-arranged.

If you request a collection, our dedicated team can collect the item for a flat £199 charge anywhere in the UK. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Important Return Conditions
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

The item is damaged, worn, or not in re-saleable condition.

The return request is made after 14 days from the delivery date.

The item is not in its original or equivalent packaging.

The return policy has already been used previously by the same customer.

We detect dishonesty or abuse of the return policy.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
