Oak Sofa Land Refund & Return Policy

At Oak Sofa Land, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a no-hassle 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

We encourage all customers to double-check measurements, room space, and colour schemes before placing an order. We also provide free customer photos on request to help you make an informed decision.

14-Day Return Policy

If you decide the item isn’t right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in a fully re-saleable condition, including being in their original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging (or equivalent).

To begin a return, please email our customer service team. We’ll provide instructions for return or arrange a collection. Once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund (minus collection charges, if applicable).

Returns & Collection Costs

  • If the item is faulty or there has been an error on our part, we will cover the full return cost.

  • If you’ve changed your mind, you can return the item to our warehouse free of charge — but this must be pre-arranged.

  • If you request a collection, our dedicated team can collect the item for a flat £199 charge anywhere in the UK. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Important Return Conditions

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged, worn, or not in re-saleable condition.

  • The return request is made after 14 days from the delivery date.

  • The item is not in its original or equivalent packaging.

  • The return policy has already been used previously by the same customer.

  • We detect dishonesty or abuse of the return policy.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
