Oak Sofa Land Delivery Policy

At Oak Sofa Land, we provide total free home delivery across the UK. Your sofa will be delivered directly to a room of your choice by our trained delivery team.

Delivery & Assembly Charges

• Home Delivery: FREE nationwide

• Sofa Assembly (Optional): £30

• Stair Charges: £15 per floor
  If stairs are involved, please leave a note when placing your order.

Delivery Timeframe

Most orders are delivered within 5 working days, depending on location and stock availability. You’ll receive a text message with your delivery time slot on the day.

Important Delivery Info

• Make sure your sofa fits through all access points (doors, stairs, hallways).

• Ensure there’s space for parking and safe delivery access.

• Our team will deliver to your chosen room and can assemble the sofa if requested.

Areas We Don’t Cover

We currently do not deliver to:
HS, GY, JE, KW, PA20–PA31, PA35, PA37–PA38, PH32–PH40, IV21–IV28, IV40–IV49, IV51–IV56, KA28, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland.

Old Sofa Removal

We do offer a sofa removal service for a charge of £70.

To arrange this, please contact us on WhatsApp and discuss your removal needs with our team in advance.

Alternatively, you can also contact the British Heart Foundation at 0808 250 0115 for free collection of your old furniture.
