Refund Policy for Oak Sofa Land

At Oak Sofa Land, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase or experience any issues, we are here to assist you. Please read the following policy to understand your options for returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus the cost of delivery and collection. The product must be returned in its original packaging and be in unused condition.

Please note:

  • All returns are subject to a collection fee, and the original delivery fee is non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been damaged by the customer after delivery.

Exchanges

What the warranty excludes:
